Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! We’re definitely a young company (fun fact, while our team ranges from 20-70 years old, the average age of a Questrader is 34) and seek to grow our talent. That being said, we underwent some company changes this past year. Now that we’ve set our business priorities, we’re excited for continued growth and success for our employees as well as the company.

There's nothing to much claim, if the sitting seating system can be done in a different way.

Thanks for your feedback! Our teams have moved around a lot this past year since we adopted a more agile method of working. Our Questrade Technologies Group (QTG) and marketing teams in particular sit with their project teams in an open environment so they can collaborate more effectively.

Easy to get hired, they hire about 10 new people every 3 months due to the high turnover.

Cons

Very low salary (less the industry average), limited benefits, no opportunity for advancement, every time a position opens the whole company applies to it.

Thanks for your review. We do hire approximately 10 Client Services Specialists (CSS) every quarter because many of these agents quickly advance to other roles within the company. Our CSS agents interact with our clients on a daily basis and know our products/services the best, which is why they’re an extremely qualified pool of candidates who often move on and join other parts of the business. At the end of the day, we do our best to hold on to our talent.
