Great place to learn but then you have to move on

Pros

Great shop to learn about capital markets in general. Plenty of opportunities to add value and solve problems for those who are creative and want to go the extra mile to better themselves.

Cons

Hard to get properly compensated for over acheiving. Senior management is often oblivious and it takes a long time to get noticed. Communication is also generally poor from the very top. Compensation plans are lower than industry average. They've lost a ton of good talent.
