The atmosphere and culture at the SLC site was top notch. It’s the reason why so many employees stay or come back.

Ok as a stepping stone but not a forever job

Pros

- large amount of responsability and experience right off the bat - wonderful R&D team, very social site, welcoming and friendly - great vacation policy - interesting brand portfolio - work flexability depending on your team

Cons

- no training or transition period, learn on the fly - titles are a step lower here than at other companies (e.g. an RB Sr. Associate is equivalent to an external manager, an RB manager is an external director, etc.) - the CEO (Rakesh Kapoor) only cares about making money, not the people - as of 2018, only surface deep commitment to sustainability, but getting better
