If it is not possible to find a permanent position after the apprenticeship has been successfully completed, Roche offers a one-year temporary contract with a regular salary. During this year, you have the opportunity to gain more experience while at the same time keeping an eye out for the job you want. As an external consultant at Roche, the agreements made with the respective employer or the agreement with the individual apply. This is why differences may arise.
