Benefits such as health, vacation etc is good

Cons

No growth and weak C suite and a lot of nepotism. If you make too much money you will simply be laid off and no appreciation of skill sets. German employees always come first, as a US employee, Germany employees will be protected while you are laid off.

Use to be a great company. Always talked about team work and family. Was always looking out for the employees

Cons

Company is not Loyal to their employees. After still making a profit and because other large tech companies were laying off. They laid off loyal employees who were working understaffed and overworked for 3 years and through covid. A lot have had 20 years or over with the company.
