Global company with strengths in Europe Hard working, bright employees Great place to redefine self or change career trajectory Investment in employee engagement Truly care about customers and partners Sharing or best practices globally and investment in employee training

Cons

You need to know the right people and have a champion Salary is on the lower range of the comp ranges Historically slow to divest dying products/lines of businesses R&D innovation and execution is weak Tightly managed budgets - little room for risks in spend

Pros

The benefits are my favorite, and the people and culture my second favorite part of working at Sage! Five weeks paid time off is just fabulous!

Cons

As a publicly traded company, we are subject to the whims of our shareholders and the management that aims to please them. Ultimately, we are all just resources without faces or value other than the bottom dollar.
