Pros

Sometimes people come to the foyer and give out food.

Cons

Recruits heavily from overseas. Probably 50% of the company is Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) or Accenture. Fake deadlines are created and fake work is done. There is strict deference to management hierarchy that I haven't seen anywhere else. Upper management will tell you to #BeYourself and #OwnIt etc. Middle management will tell you to #ShutUp and #SitDown. No good deed goes unpunished. Don't expect to get anything done. On the plus side this company isn't going anywhere. On the down side this company isn't going anywhere.
