      Mid-market RCG: Leadership is a pack of narcissistic liars, this place is like the hunger games

      Pros

      Pay is decent, benefits are good, work/life balance is OK (not great),market leading product will continue to sell and stock price will increase despite tremendous dysfunction

      Cons

      Lying and talking out both sides of their mouths constantly, all kinds of politics, backbiting/backstabbing, meaningless busywork, have to be a public SJW and kiss lots of @$$ to get anywhere vs. do the job well. Diversity and inclusion are buzzwords, this is a company run by a bunch of greedy white men.

      There are some good technologies

      Cons

      Cult-like culture; poor management - groups like platform led by fear and intimidation; decisions not data driven; inflation of titles causes lots of people in leadership that are not equipped to do their roles; there’s a huge backstabbing and political culture. They say customers and employees are priorities but there is no evidence to support any of this - in fact it is quite the opposite. Leadership is so out of touch with people and customers and the world that they constantly disappoint.

      The company provides a few good perks such as insurance benefits, unlimited vacation, etc.

      Cons

      The company is a marketing machine with slight of hand and bait and switch mentality. The Ohana is evangelized internally and externally - but internally it is completely dysfunctional.
