      Pros

      ExactTarget Marketing Cloud is a fast-paced digital marketing company that provides many opportunities for those who are willing to step up to the plate and take on a challenge. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) is a great opportunity that is available for ExactTarget employees as part of the acquisition by Salesforce.

      I can't think of many cons that I've encountered thus far.

      Pros

      I joined sales at Salesforce right out of college and moving to a new city with a new job, I was really looking for a young and fun company to meet a new network of people and gain some real-life job experience. The people were a ton of fun, very friendly, and hung out all the time after work. It was a perfect place to start a job in a new city!

      Cons

      That being said, the work itself was really not challenging. I was bored during my day-to-day, I wasn't being stretched, and although that wasn't an immediate priority, it became a priority after 6 months. I wanted to love what I did and I wasn't in love with being a sales rep here. Fun people, but I wasn't being stretched.
