You a given only windows option as a OS (for java backed developers)
If you hit a bug that you are not responsible for, you probably need to:
0) somehow find a person how is responsible (the most difficult part)
1) write a email to the person
2) call him or her
3) ask your boss/product owner to do the same
4) repeat steps 1 and 2 tommorow
If you want to feel valuable and efficient worker, that is not a place for you
