No values for employees, policies are chnged so easily, there is no strong HR system

Salary is good nothing apart from this

Cons

1) Policies are getting changed so easily, ppl getting joined with false hopes and later policies are changed so suddenly without any space for employees to think about it, 2) no value for employees, employees converns are least bothered. 3) no more flexible work environment, people are forced to come to office 3 specific days (soon they’ll change to 5 days) 4) leave policies are worst, recent mail says we need 4 levels of approval (including indian ceo) for unplanned leaves. And sick leave we need to submit signed leave letter with prior approval from po. 5) there is no strong HR system to represent employees concerns at management level.

There are times when it feels like there's little room to express differing viewpoints with the Product Owner. Their decisions are often final, and we're expected to deliver the outcome under all circumstances—regardless of time or effort required. Sometimes, the working environment can feel overly rigid and hierarchical, reminiscent of a pre-independence era."
