Pros

Scopic offers training and other growth possibilities within the company especially for developers; they even hire many junior developers and help them grow in a short time VERY good pay The know-how of the company's management and other employees is impressive , especially when it comes to the novelties in the IT world; if someone has an IT releated problem -development, tools, etc - there is always someone who has the know-how to solve it and jumps quickly to do that Awesome people to work with around the world, quite a nice experience Procedures and processes are well documented Great support from management and quick turn around from their side if someone has a problem, question, etc Respects the employee's personal life and are understanding when there are problems Good flexibility of working hours, vacation, projects Open to innovation and always improving the process and tools - some tools are developed by the company itself to help employees in their day to day work Yearly management visits are organized to connect face to face with employees and also for the employees in certain countries to connect with each other without management The founder is very involved and incredibly available to chat with employees directly via call or type chat sometimes when there is a problem or as a casual check in Problems in the company on a project or anything else are solved very quickly, mostly in one working day

Cons

Some activities (as calls) require to be available during US working hours If there are problems with your project, activity, then your working hours have to be extended at times You are pushed to get better, to improve, sometimes in a too short time
