Great latitude on your approach to work. Very collaborative environment. ServiceNow culture encourages collaboration and breaking down of silos.

Cons

Incredibly fast pace sometimes sacrifices good processes. Onboarding can be challenging due to shifting priorities and focus on operating the business.

Good compensation and good work life balance. Very flexible culture. Nice office and also contain some good perks. Multi cultural environment.

Cons

The company could have individual career path programs so we can plan the long term career along with management. Beside that, nothing to add.
