Discrimination Overshadows My Time at ServiceNow

Pros

Very difficult to provide pros considering what I've experienced.

Cons

I joined ServiceNow with high hopes for a positive work environment and opportunities for growth. Unfortunately, my recent experience with discrimination has overshadowed my time at the company. While ServiceNow promotes diversity, inclusion, and bringing your authentic self to work on the surface, I've personally encountered instances of targeting and wrongful claims that have deeply affected me. Despite raising concerns with HR early on, there has been little tangible action taken to address these issues effectively nor do I feel anything will be done. Unfortunately, the only option would be to resign and file a lawsuit in order to receive the proper attention and concern the matter deserves.

work for manipulative passive aggressive micro manager who has little concern for the teams personal well being

Cons

giant gap between how forbes most innovative appears and what it’s like to actually work here no leadership manages through confusion disorganize no credibility has to have things done a certain way even if its the wrong way disappears assigns busy work shows up and takes credit watchs clock no freedom no autonomy
