Pros

Some great co workers, some not so really Snacks Great product

Cons

Complete boys club Inexperienced “leaders” Major pipeline challenges and continuous blame game No unified sales approach Zero growth opportunities Not your traditional SaaS company. More like car sales than anything else. Really had high hopes, but glad to have left. XDRs are left out to dry, we had the worst training if you could even call it that and the one manager we had that actually knew what he was doing was let go. Check out the “leaders” i.e. VPs of XYZ, they switch roles every 2 months...anyway, good luck.

We appreciate your thoughts about your experience at ServiceTitan and we are sorry that you didn't have a positive experience while working here. We have launched career pathing for the company, and Sales was one of the core focuses in that initiative. To complement career pathing conversations, we are evolving our talent management and enablement initiatives to better serve our Titans. Our Employee Experience team is partnering closely with our CRO and the Sales Leadership team to develop both current and future leaders within the team. We believe in continuous improvement and will take this feedback to find areas of opportunity to be better for all Titans who join us on our mission to serve our customers!

Pros

Upper management is great, as are majority of peers

Cons

Start-up too often means promoting managers from within...which is great for opportunity...but it also means that often people that have NO skill or experience managing people/teams can end up being promoted. If you end up with one of these "managers" that are terrible at their new role...you will lose good people.

We appreciate your feedback on this! We feel our ability to promote from within is an asset to both our organization and to our Titans who want growth in their careers. We understand that management and leadership aren't innate skills, and so we have developed multiple programs and training courses to support new managers. However, we also realize that a role in management isn't for everyone, so we have developed individual contributor tracks into career paths for roles where that makes sense. Retaining our Titans is a top priority for us, and we will continue to add programs to equip all of our managers to retain and develop their team members!

We're sorry to hear your experience didn't live up to what we strive to deliver to each employee. We have very high standards for managers and we do our best to make sure they have the skills to support their teams. This includes every new manager going through training, whether he or she is completely new to management or just a manager who's new to ServiceTitan. Our Sales Enablement team is also working hard to make sure all Sales employees have the resources to be successful. We will take this feedback back to the team to assess what we're doing to ensure employees are getting what they need and managers are equipped to provide this support to them!
