Pros

The people is the only thing that made working here a great experience, but due to a lot of lay offs and people leaving, the people that made this place worth it are mostly all gone. Only other thing that was good was the flexibility with scheduling.

Cons

The company has no direction at all. A lot of departments were let go. This caused those with experience to leave, and thus off loading the work to those who stayed behind. There was promise that the work load will be reduced, but actually those who stayed were " voluntarily " ask to trained those who were to replace them. The new outsourced team was never up to speed, and the quality of work offered to clients leaves a lot to be desired. There is no opportunity for growth in the company, and no training or leadership to direct you. Those who are just coming in be warned, its a sink or swim first year for all positions ( PMs, ENGs, TECHs, even some leadership positions). Pay is only based on whether or not they need you (kind off). They promoted someone from entry- level to senior level in very little time for questionable reasons. They will only give you a raise if you have chosen to leave and given a new offer somewhere else. Sadly, they cannot keep good talent. A lot of great people came and went. I would recommend choosing a different company to work for.

Pros

the 401k match and PTO are the only serviceable things. At a branch level there are no pros.

Cons

Complete lack of raises while getting emails like "best financial quarter ever". When questioned about this I was told they have no extra budget to spare, but another tech who left the company was offered a 40k increase in salary just to attempt to keep them. They left anyway, if that tells you anything about the service roles. Management shows no interest in taking care of employees and are more interested in pushing sales even if we can't deliver. Multiple field employees have left and instead of making an attempt to keep the remaining employees by increasing pay they just dump a larger workload on the rest of the technicians, leading to more losses. There are multiple job openings available and I wouldn't suggest it to my worst enemy. There's a large disconnect between management and field staff in regards to work scope, most of the time we get no actual communication on the jobs we're supposed to be performing. There is a serious lack of training provided for their complicated proprietary systems, and there is an expectation that you're supposed to be an expert immediately, even without the training.
