Great place to work for experience but expect a very low salary regardless of performance or ability.

Genuinely decent bunch of staff, interesting if you love betting, possible to gain vital experience relatively quickly.

Cons

Salary is abysmal and financial incentives awful. High turnover in staff as people reach a threshold where there can’t earn anymore or progress any further without someone higher up the food chain moving on.
