Pros

-Atmosphere -Relationships -Shifts Sportradar has a great atmosphere. Every there live and breathe sports. Its a great place to work. Most shifts are at night which is great for students or someone looking for a second job that does not suck.

Cons

-pay -shifts -advancement The pay at Sportradar is all right. It could be a lot better to match their competitors. Stats pays its employees $13/hr to begin with. Here you start at maybe $9/hr.

Pros

Interesting product in sports data. Good exposure to international markets and industry events. Autonomy at the senior level and smart colleagues across the business.

Cons

A visible inner circle dynamic where certain long-tenured individuals operate without meaningful accountability. Decision-making can lack transparency, and cross-functional collaboration is inconsistent. When leadership decisions negatively impact team performance, accountability flows downward rather than being shared. Redundancies handled in a way that felt reactive rather than considered.
