      energetic but not very organize

      relative small, people are close and work as a team issue, information, communication can easier be heard and considered by the managerment

      Cons

      sales people are compliant to the customers, would accept all the requests issues sometime not be prioritized very well, work like fire fighters to the critical issue or to the major accounts

      Pros

      The company is very conservative. So, it is very stable life to work for this company. I did enjoy the annal communication meeting. Aart is heck of speaker to boost the morale.

      Cons

      The company is so concerned about cost. Age is definitely an issue. If your age is over 50, watch out for pink slip.
