      Good Work life balance. Supportive management. Can voice your opinion/concerns. Management strives to help out.

      Cons

      Limited scope of growth beyond mid management levels. Not a very good pay master. Average salaries when compared to market scales.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Colleague are good, helpful and supportive for anything or doubts. Good benefits for person who is starting his/her career

      Cons

      Management is not supportive. The learning curve here seems good at the starting but reaches a saturation after sometime. People are not paid as per their capabilities. Less recognition and feed back for work.

      Low risk, a safe place in terms of layoffs and based on the revenue model, they are going to be alright, even if there is another recession.

      Things move very slow; not too efficient.
