(If you're lucky, you'll get assigned to a team that do some real work - if you are a verification engineer, most probably you'd be fine - otherwise, it's just fixing small bugs. One can learn something from just fixing bugs, but here that isn't possible as you don't know what you're doing and others will not tell you either. They're just afraid you'll steal their job. So they just tell you to "Open file 'x', go to function 'y' and change line 'z'. That's it!

higher managers sitting abroad are not supportive and take biased decision. favoritism will be to its high . so its difficult to survive sometime forced to quit .
