      the workplace is good. the equipment is good. generally at par with industry average. good health insurance. and the best colleagues

      management is too greedy, they try to circumvent labor laws to their advantage to avoid paying employee benefits. give us our cost of living allowance dumb ass

      I Quit A Few Months Back Then They Tried To Fire Me After I Already Had Quit. That Place Is A Joke If You Need Money ASAP Then Go For It If You Dont And Just Want Money In Your Pockets Look Else Where. They Have A High Turnover Rate That "Now Hiring" Sign Has Been Sitting On The Building For About 2 Years I Mean Think About It The Constant Commercials On The Radio/TV? Now That Should Tell You Something. That Joke Of A Place Is Like High School The Management Is A Joke, Favoritism Is Very Obvious When It Comes To Promotions/Advancement, Supervisors Will Discuss Your Info (Points, Personal Life, Attendance Etc) With Other Agents Overall This Is Not A Good Place To Work. My Advice If You Ever Decide To Work For This Crappy Company Keep Looking For Another Job DO NOT Depend On This Place Cause They Will Screw You Over At The

      The people you meet are amazing, I have gained a lot of friends working here.

      Cons

      They care about painting the building more than getting new computers, chairs, or cubicle. The cubicle and chairs are all older than most people in the building. Cant have pictures on your desk to motivate you through the day. They take away ALL of your bonuses and money that the clients pay out there employees...Obviously to paint the walls... Tsk Tsk...
