They will hire pretty much anybody who passes a drug test. Probably because they have such a high employee turnover rate.

Cons

Bad hours. Useless training (although the trainer was at least good, but they had him teaching useless material). Lousy pay. Terrible equipment. Supervisors are lazy and unhelpful. They literally never even taught me how to operate the phone software before sending me out to take calls, and the supervisors who are supposed to be overseeing my calls during the "nesting" process are not providing any feedback whatsoever on performance and rarely respond to my questions. There is only one other person in my hire group and there are two supervisors assigned to us as far as I know. And they both seem to know less about the system than I do. Communication with your employees is a joke. I still don't know who my boss is or who to contact if I have any questions about the job.

You receive some money. In case you're unemployed, that's a plus.

Cons

Stress, poor management, incorrect information, no benefits, they use tricks to make you sign a contract with them, there is no liberty at work, your time is strictly controlled.

Pros

They give you a room for free. The problem is the houses are falling apart and they are FILLED with psychopats from all over the world.(your future colleagues) It felt like being an dirty, dirty asylum.

Cons

If you come from Holland, Sweden or Germany they probably will never fire you or kick u out of the house even if you're smoking and dealing crack in it. They will also pay you more bc they're desperate for you and nobody from these rich countries wants to work for that pay (unless they're psychos,hence why so many of them)
