Pros
Very Good product with a large focus on adding features to their enterprise offerings. good analyst relations and so leads from gartner, forrester etc make for a constant lead flow. Everything is salesforce and if its not in salesforce then it never happened!
Cons
have a very narrow view of customer success or satisfaction. Expect all clients to self serve and for the OEM's a very hand s off approach and reluctance to hear the OEM's requirements. if ithe deal is too chanlenging then they drop it and move on. That level of customer success will hurt them as they grow. The management are all north american in culture and expertise and those they send to manage EMEA are there for the ride rather than for their skills.
