Pros

Good starter job. Good managers. Good expierience/training. Flexible scheduling, The people make the company. You get to work in the cloud, which is constantly in high demand, so good job security. With that it is a starter company and things change a lot so be flexible.

Cons

Pay could be a little more competitive for the work. Slow process moving up. Long period between contributing to 401K. Not a lot of negative just if you are looking for a reasonable amount of pay you may be slightly disappointed. You also only get paid once a month, which if you aren’t good at budgeting can be difficult.

Entry level opportunities for new people in technical roles. Then move to somewhere else Privately held, owner is able to invest for what makes sense in the longer term, not on a quarterly basis Owner is well connected and brings in business - amazing sales skills

Projects from hell. Indian leads pushing blame. Extensive hours. No pay for overtime. Regular work during weekends. Poor technology stack.
