Pros

Hybrid metrics are set unrealistically but it is offered if you are able to perform miracles.

Cons

The management here lacks integrity and often misleads employees with false promises. They prioritize promoting less effective workers over high performers, labeling the latter as "too valuable" to promote. If you submit a two-week notice, be prepared to be terminated immediately. Managers frequently resort to unprofessional behavior, including cursing and belittling staff in front of their peers. Upper management has openly referred to employees as expendable and replaceable, creating a demoralizing work environment. Compensation is another major issue. Starting pay is $19 an hour, with a cap of $21 after three years. In contrast, the sister facility in Colorado offers significantly better wages, starting at $23 an hour and capping at $25. The disparity is glaring and unfair. Overall, this workplace is plagued by toxicity and corruption. Proceed with caution if you're considering employment here.

Pros

The people that I work with make the job somewhat enjoyable and being able to use the Microsoft Admin Centers we have access to is kinda cool.

Cons

There is no knowledge base to look up information and or similar case issue with ease. The tools we do have do not work all the time or are just not helpful. You are just a statistic in a spread sheet. The technology support that is available is very minimal and you have to constantly relay on tech support from a very select group of people who are constantly busy. 1 year is about the longest anyone works here from management down to Support Engineers. When you don't have the tools to do your job or something and s down you are required to operate at 100% which is kinda weird.

Abuse of people trying to get into the industry

Pros

Their turnover is high enough that they try their best to not fire anyone.

Cons

The company has zero incentive to climb, zero tenure benefits (a t-shirt after 4 years does not count), they no longer have fully remote positions (The ones that managed to get fully remote are now barred from promotion or bonuses), we are actively encouraged to lie about labor to meet contract needs, and they like to frequently change the goal posts on how to earn bonuses. All of this applies to every department. They even treat the operational managers like crap to the point where a few have quit from different departments over the years simply due to abuse and stress. This company only cares about securing contracts. They have expanded in the cheapest locations possible while constructively dismissing already existing staff in the hopes that they quit so they can be replaced with borderline slave wages in cheaper countries. This is not a business to do business with. Their growth is a lie.
