      You need to review how you treat Nigerians

      Pros

      Apart from getting the knowledge nothing else should make anyone work here so please new employees should have a learning and skill target and start preparing their exit in 3 - 6 months.

      Cons

      Review your Nigerian site management especially the country manager from the meager salary given employees still need to pay for part of their transport to work and employees working the weekend who close by 10pm have no bus to go home as this was removed by the company. I do not think the global team monitors all site properly or take employee feedback seriously Again if you are coming to this company plan your exit immediately you come in.

      Pros

      Work/life balance. I don't like life, and this place loved work so much we got along great.

      Cons

      Management forced me to make them cheese platters on top of my workload. They would sit around and critique the pairings I choose while knowing I was in earshot I would've been able to make better cheese, but they would keep putting more limitations and deadlines for my cheese platters, though their expectation of quality never went down. On top of all this, they wouldn't even wear gloves when checking the cheeses.
