TechM gives one of the best platform for its employees to work. It gives provides good learning oppurtunities. And Fun at work place.

Cons

Not good in Employees career growth. And they have a quiet poor pay for Freshers.

Pros

Takes experienced employees at a good grade and pay scale . Then starts the slow riverside journey of no growth. Very difficult to think about any pros. Can guaruntee dissatisfaction.

Cons

As soon as i joined Tech Mahindra , I saw sad faces all over . Not many people bubbling , chirping, Very dis satisfied enviornment. Now after fews years here , I am one of them. Forgot happiness .

Pros

The best part is you will have a lot of free time. The work will be only of documentation. You will have to call up clients, ask them what they want & how they want. You are just required to document those and take a signoff.

Cons

There is a huge lack of transparancy. Your manager is not interested in identifying your skills and assigning works related to that. You will be asked to do something which is not at all related to your skill or interest. Moreover, if you want to get promotion then there will be lot of politics involved and you will have to satisy egos.
