      Employees gel without any issues (at least my case never had a problem).

      Cons

      Higher Management is at it's worst. Less Employee Friendly. Don't have clue how a company of 25 years doesn't have a single proper policy in place. Highest attrition rate. Very few Technically strong Resources.
