Pros

1. Focussed in telecom domain. 2. Strong in OSS/BSS domain. 3. Good to start career as a fresher. 4. Onsite opportunities available for juniors

Cons

1. Directionless Senior Management. 2. Nasty internal politics; Dominated by the classical "agency" problem of management 3. Regional favoritism 4. Policies are not transparent specially those related to compensation & salary 5. No career growth path unless you get favor from higher level. 6. Poor salary; bad hikes; variable percentage too high as compared to similar profiles in the industry 7. Lack of "engineering" culture 8. No system to nurture and groom talent internally.

Lot of learning opportunities. Very helpful and open minded people and open culture.

Cons

Compensation and benefits department is not transparent about their policies and inefficient in operations.

Pros

Very good training for freshers No dress code Working hours more or less flexible Good onsite oppurtunities

Cons

1)Does not reward talent...any fresher doing very good in training(mind it its one of the toughest in India)might be given support project with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V work in excel with no technological insights as such whreas people who were about to be thrown out are given development projects 2)Sr.Management trats employees as "COST" which is painful. 3)Hiring of lateral resources instead of nourishing home grown talent 4)Salary is pathetic with hidden pays..P2P is postpone to pay 5)Sometimes regionalism prevails instead of excellence 6)HR and RMG not upto the mark. 7)Bad policies..you have to pay for your transport even if you come in night shifts. 8)Bad Onsite compensation. 9)Company does not have a spine in front of client...thus resulting in impossible delivery times which leads to excessive pressure for employees
