1.Management Very Good And Supportive. 2.Mostly it depends upon the project you are working on, If you get a good project and this will be a very good place to work and enjoy. 3.Freedom-You have ur own freedom here.

Cons

Salary- Basically i am a Gratitude, Not a engineer- Even though we all are doing the same work here, Gratitude will get very low pay comparing to those people. Management should consider about this.
