      Pros

      Great benefits, gym, somewhat flexible schedule, telecommute possible,

      Cons

      High stress, tight deadlines, will work on holidays, bad processes, lack of communication, hard to extract data, long hours, high turnover rate not due to pay. Waves of layoffs. Must I say more.

      Lost all trust into this companies leadership

      Pros

      There are still some great and awesome people in this company, but they are leaving quickly.

      Cons

      Politics and poisonous culture are taking over. Turnover and exits are accelerating. The office is dead, many colleagues try to stay away and work from home. The only hope for most of us was just removed by a board of retired people dating back to the good old NCR days.

      - High performing junior/associate staff - Work life balance

      Cons

      - Skewed strategy at org level - back to data ingestion and storage from analytics - Massive uncertainty and exodus at top leadership - Very very poor leadership at GDC, very operational in nature - Blatant nepotism at GDC, which is not visible to top leadership or they turn blind eye - Tumbling share price - Dated software solutions - Unstable platform (Vantage) - Unethical practices in recruitment, promotions, termination

      While times of change can certainly cause some uncertainty, it does not impact or change our strategic direction or the work Teradata does every day.
