Mass layoffs basically every year

Company doesn’t care about work life balance. Will literally give hour notice of schedule change and expect us to not have issues with it. They dont recognize hard work or even promote it. If you are exceeding expectations expect the bar to change and be given higher expectations so you cannot promote or level up. A lot of people do not push team work or sharing of information. If you get hired expect to have to figure everything out for yourself unless you are deemed as “worthy” of the knowledge. Also company doesnt support the technician roles getting pay bumps. So expect WAY less technical roles to be making as much or more if you are applying as a technician or even as an engineer. Pay scale is really unbalanced between positions.
