Pros

The best thing is that you work for Tesla, you’re paid weekly, and you will have a great work life balance.

Cons

-Training is horrible! You WILL have to train yourself. -Management is horrible with communication so if you don’t ask the questions you need to know on your first day, you will never get that answer! -They do not have any safety protocols for covid. Management has their favorites, so you may have a larger workload because their picks are in “special projects” majority of the day.

Pros

Pay is the only good thing but it also sucks because it traps you in a miserable job

Cons

Management follows Elon's lead - NO work/life balance All vacation needs to be scheduled AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance. Something comes up and you want a day off, too bad unless it is more than two weeks away, no flexibility. Shift bids are ridiculous, almost nobody gets 2 days off together Feedback and Skip Levels are for show, nothing comes out of it Supervisors are useless, if you can reach them, usually in a "meeting" Tools are always down, for a tech company they seem to know little about tech
