The end of the year evaluation process (PMM) is absurd and designed to rate the vast majority of employees as average, whether they performed average or not.

Navigating through enormous amount of available research data, analysis. Information systems provide access to a wealth of information but user interface is far from user-friendly and can be downright frustrating.
