Management and colleagues are very collaborative.

Cons

UPS Capital was going through a big transition period during my tenure and rolled out some new products that felt a bit clunky to sell at time time, but I know they've ironed out those issues since then.

Decent work environment, Monday-Friday, some remote work options.

Cons

Pay is lower than most companies. Annual raise of 2% a year equates to about $0.50 and hour. Not a lot of movement or options to make higher pay. Been on cost containment for 2 years.
