- Management showed clear favouritism in scheduling and shift assignments - No transparency in how shifts were given, certain workers were prioritized without explanation - I was terminated without a proper reason, and the ethics portal investigation seemed biased toward protecting the company - No one followed up in person, just a vague email claiming the investigation found "no evidence" - The hiring and firing process feels shady, and there's no real way to hold anyone accountable - No onboarding or structure; expectations changed without warning - Lack of union transparency was not properly informed about rights or how to grieve the termination - Hard to report or review the employer publicly due to how hidden they are online
