Cannot stick to a plan. Every few months the company changes direction and it is not communicated effectively from leadership. High disengagement from colleagues due to favoritism. Values have been talked about being changed for 3+ years but are still the same and leadership does not follow them.

Workload was overwhelming, lack of training on day-to-day tasks, training on overview of company was extremely overwhelming. Hustle training program was 8a-5p zoom meetings for 4 weeks and didn't prepare me for my actual role/position. I worked remote but had entirely too much of a workload to only work 40 hours a week.
