Pros

VFS GLOBAL is a good brand in Travel Industry and Data Management.

Cons

Though it has a great brand Value or Goodwill for outsiders and customers, but on the other side of table the things are not so good for Employees. Considering VFS Global in a particular location i.e. Pune, the higher management is not so good in favour of its employees. I've seen a great attrition rate since Nov 2019. Though the company was holding its employees during COVID Pandemic.

Everything - poor management, unhealthy working environment, no career prospects. Rude applicants that you have to lie to trying to increase revenue
