1) salary. I was making more than any of my classmates 2) Environment... almost everything was free 3) As an intern, the intern leaders were extremely helpful and supportive and responsive of feedback

I like the vmware products and the sports facilities. The annual RSU grant is great too. The campus location was good too.

Cons

Cafe is too crowed and too small. Need more variety of food and better quality. Parking is kind of crowed too recently.
