Pros

Smooth transition from the previous role. Transparent interactions from start to finish, during the application process. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions. An ability to expand the role and take on new learning opportunities.

Cons

This is not meant to be a comment against any of my colleagues but there hasn't been a lot of opportunity to learn my new role from someone as everyone else is busy, so I don't feel I'm contributing as much as I could. Not all accesses have been set up in order for me to work effectively within the new role.
