      It can be tough to work with all great people. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians kind of deal.

      Pros

      Very bright and friendly people, nice benefits and people-centric culture. Flexibility is a huge plus! Management is very supportive, both of my professional and personal growth. Overall a great atmosphere to work in.

      Working with a global company can sometimes be challenging.
