      Dell has very well organized employment support and a great energy.

      Cons

      Virtustream is going through tremendous upheaval and continuous workforce reduction while continuing to hire as though nothing is wrong.

      Too much office politics: managers operate by pressure, not by inspiration nor by support; blame-games, finger points; honesty is considered to be a threat; not sharing relevant information in order to maintain control; favouritism; backstabbing, etc. etc. And what about HR? Too busy working hand in glove with managers!
