Cons

Shrinkage to its heights. Pressure you can't even imagine. Policies and promises are not constant, they are for sure subject to change.

Cons - No job security - No communication in management & employee. - No recognition or appreciation of work done. - Lots of politics in the organization. - All negative policies are implemented first, and no one is available to talk for policies in fever of employee.

After the takeover key stakeholders were moved out to accommodate EMC employees. The direction of the product in production took a big hit. Company now treats employees like recyclable material
