Pros

Decent pay, bonus, friendly environment

Cons

Management can sometimes be disorganised, e.g. took a long time for my uniform to be ordered and my discount card arrived a month late.

Pros

Good company ethos due to it being a Partnership, excellent training and great benefits. Generally all other employees are of a high calibre.

Cons

The hours can sometimes be long and late shifts can be followed by early shifts if that's the department requirement.

Pros

A very good work environment making it easy to enjoy the job whilst surrounded by friendly people including great benefits

Cons

Sometimes hire too many younger staff in retail branches meaning that around busy periods it can be difficult with the new inexperienced staff
