Expected to work above and beyond contracted hours regularly. Company is losing its focus on customer service and employees are feeling its just like any other supermarket to work for - the Partnership feeling is being eroded by changes being made to the business

-good discount at john lewis -decent pay -takes on younger people

Cons

-systems were often down or very old fashioned to log holidays etc -middle management just block every piece of information flow. -way too many managers with zero coordination, not sure what any of them did -majority of workers are part time
