It's honestly a great place to work, unless you want to be lazy
Pros
Good starting pay, room for growth within company, great career opportunities, good benefits that start as soon as you start, pay for/reimburse you for liquor servers certification(both the class and the test totaling around 4 to 5 hours), awesome coworkers, if you're a hard worker they'll give you the hours you request(part time will get maximum part time hours and if you show you're dependable and you are a great worker they'll move you to full-time), management has your back when customers get out of line(at least at my store), flexible shifts, overall I love working here
Cons
Customers can be EXTREMELY rude(especially when they aren't getting their way), training is pretty much 2 days on the computer and 1 day with someone on the floor then you kind of have to figure it out on your own, some employees are super lazy and don't want to work(take their time when IC3 is called and by the time they've come to the front the line is gone which literally defeats the whole purpose), you literally NEVER get your 15 min breaks and ONLY get your 30 min lunch
