Pros

The employee discount isn't bad. Most of the customers are nice, as well as some of my co workers. It's close to home. Short commute.

Cons

Management and some Team Leads treat CSA's like we're beneath them. They talk down at us, while brown nosing the Store Manager. Raises are once a year, and extremely small. It would take many years to go from minimum wage to a living wage, whilst they give you more and more responsibilities at a much faster rate. They schedule sporadically. Sometimes with only 8 hours in between shifts. Never the same schedule. There is a good reason for the high turnover of employees.
