Pros

1. Good work life balance 2. Good exposure to latest technologies 3. Good pay package

Cons

1. No process or structure. So when you have issue with don't know whom to approach. In my view you cannot approach anyone 2. Too much political atmosphere 3. Some people are tagged great irrespective of their contribution/performance/intention. Therefore other people loose drive to work 4. To much favoritism. 5. Leadership is no trustworthy and really careless. They seem to just enjoy status and don't really care for work. 6. Leadership pretend to hear unbiassed reviews from employees. But they really track who are the critics. So if 20 % people not satisfied with something fire 50% of them so that leadership can show satisfaction % improvement next year to 90%.

Pros

- moderately good pay and benefits (shuttle services, gym, generous health plans) - has all the system infrastructure and technology that a large organization can afford

Cons

middle and upper management are predominantly average facilitators at best, lack vision and ideas, or the ability to enable ideas - many have low level technical understanding and are unable to drive a clear goal. often resort to political maneuvering and favoritism to put up a front. - projects are confusing, lack transparency, and often politically-charged. frequent re-org. expect one every 6 months. Recent layoff saw both good and really bad choices. Bad choices tell us that the awful leaders are still around. a culture of talk your way up. eloquence is 90% of all the skills you need here. upper management mined for ideas, used employees, made scapegoats out of employees.

Pros

Free coffee and fruit free shuttle and good office layout

Cons

1, Walmart eCommerce is the place where networking is more important than anything, your hardwork, intelligence is not regarded as long as you don't be the one with good relationship with others. 2, Walmart eCommerce provide little or no care for the development of the employee. Please be noted before you take this company'es offer: they want you to do highly repetitive work like a robot, You Will no little or Zero learning during your time here. 3,Walmart eCommerce is not flexible at all..You will get scold if you get away from your seat and try to sit in sofa area (I always wondering if they don't want you to seat and work in sofa area while you are tired, why they offer a sofa) 4. This company is not a right place for some one who really want to achieve something, it a place for you to wait and die. 5, This company LIKE TO WITHDRAW offers. I heard it many times, they withdraw offers they issued, leaving the person in a "Jobless" situation. and they only give you 5 days notice if they want you to leave. This week, one of my colleagues resigned because she is so angry that her contract is terminated by Walmart and that contact is for at least one year. So TAKE SECOND THOUGHT ON WALMART DOT COM offer, You CANNOT trust those people.
