Pros

Great opportunity to solve a lot of problems from the ground up. Get to learn a lot. Amazing software stack.

Cons

No collaboration between orgs. Subpar management vision. Chaotic atmosphere. No trust in employees. Senior management only questions what you do. Never part of the solution, always part of the problem.

Reactionary. Not strategic. Loss of karenann Terrill has changed the culture in a bad way. No longer feels a positive work environment.
